La sexualidad en la mujer ha estado enmarcada en una serie de condicionamientos propios o heredados de la sociocultura. As se tiene que, la sexualidad por el objetivo del placer, no requiere mayor significacin ya que la sociedad heterosexual reproductora no acepta el goce en la mujer como importante o vital. La presente investigacin tuvo como objetivo desarrollar un instrumento para evaluar la presencia de Disfuncin Orgsmica, en cursantes de Estudios Universitarios Superiores en el Estado Nueva Esparta Venezuela. Se realiz un estudio de caso de naturaleza exploratoria, de tipo descriptivo con diseo de campo. La muestra fue constituida por 144 mujeres mayores de 20 aos de edad, a quienes se les aplic un cuestionario confidencial, annimo y autoadministrado, compuesto por 26 preguntas, con respuestas de tipo dicotmicas cerradas. Estudio realizado a un grupo de estudiantes Venezolanas para evaluar la Disfuncin Orgsmica, realizado en el marco de mi estudio de maestra en Orientacin en sexologa.
