Nuestro trabajo pretende indagar en las razones que se esconden tras la perpetuacin de esta institucin en la normativa de extranjera an demostrndose que no se lleva a cabo su ejecucin de forma rigurosa. Una de las conclusiones claves que deducimos tras el tratamiento de la figura de la expulsin es que el interrogante que debemos plantearnos no es que el qu se esta intentando reprimir, sino qu se esta intentando producir.
