(Orthopress 03/2007, S. 46) Die Diskussion theoretischer Anstze der Entstehung und Behandlung psychosomatischer Erkrankungen im Kindesalter und deren Bedeutung fr die Physiotherapie' ist das Thema dieser Diplomarbeit. Ich whlte dieses Thema aus, da ich in meiner Ttigkeit als Physiotherapeutin nicht nur mit lteren Menschen arbeite, sondern auch jngere Patienten therapiere. Es ist nicht immer einfach, eine Behandlung bei Kleinkindern durchzufhren, da sie oft noch nicht genau Schmerzen und Ursachen ihrer Erkrankung spezifizieren und definieren knnen. Umso schwieriger ist es, wenn die Ursachen fr Krankheiten nicht durch ein Trauma, Unfall oder eine Infektion entstanden sind, sondern bedingt durch psychischen und psychosozialen Stress, seelischen und zwischenmenschlichen Konflikten entstehen. So wurde mein Interesse geweckt, die Entstehungsursachen, Hintergrnde und Behandlungsmethoden von psychosomatischen Erkrankungen genauer zu erarbeiten und einen Bezug zu meinem Beruf Physiotherapeutin zu finden. Das Thema psychosomatische Erkrankungen im Kindesalter entstand. Ich mchte einen Einblick in diese Thematik der Psychosomatik geben und Anregungen fr Therapieanstze und mglichkeiten fr die Physiotherapie aufzeigen.
