Gegenwrtig ist der Raum, Material, Thema, Inhalt und Bezugspunkt knstlerischer Praktiken. Raum wird dabei nicht als neutraler Raum" begriffen, in dem eine Skulptur platziert wird. Vielmehr wird mit Michel Foucault der Raum als ein soziales Geflecht aus Orten verstanden. Foucault unterscheidet vor allem zwei Typen von Orten: Utopien und Heterotopien. Utopien sind unwirkliche Orte"; Heterotopien sind wirkliche Orte, realisierte Utopien", die sich in kritisch reflexiver Weise auf normale Orte" unserer Kultur beziehen. Zur Erforschung von Orten arbeiten KontextKnstlerinnen und Knstler mit der ortsbezogenen Strategie des Displacement, die Robert Smithson Ende der 60er Jahre in die Kunst eingefhrt hat. Displacement meint im engeren Sinne die Verschiebung, Verlagerung und Verrckung von etwas von einem Ort hin zu einem anderen Ort. Mittels Displacement werden Relationen zwischen Orten hergestellt und in allegorischer Weise so genannte heterotope Orte" konstruiert. Heterotope Orte provozieren ein sthetisches Handeln des Hinzufgens auf Seiten der Rezipienten. Displacement ist eine Strategie von KontextKunst mit implizit kunstpdagogischem Impetus. Displacement beschreibt eine komplexe knstlerische Erkenntnispraxis, die die Grenze von Kunst und Kunstpdagogik in eine Schnittstelle KunstPdagogik transformiert. Eine KunstPdagogik des Displacement umfasst eine knstlerische Forschungspraxis zur Erkundung von Heterotopien und zur Konstruktion heterotoper Orte. In Displacement als kunstpdagogische Strategie" wird in Auseinandersetzung mit Robert Smithson, KontextKunst, Michel Foucault und aktuellen Anstzen von Kunstpdagogik ein Entwurf vorgelegt, KunstPdagogik als eine heterotopie und kontextbezogene sthetische Diskurspraxis des Lehrens und Lernens zu verstehen.
