Can a student's involvement in activities on campus help them develop the types of leadership skills necessary for success in the 21st Century? Included in the pages within are the results of a campuswide study of student leadership development designed to answer that question. Data was collected as part of the inaugural MultiInstitutional Study of Leadership and examined the specific demographic (gender, race, year in school) and involvement factors that served as the most significant predictors of high scores on a test of student leadership development.
