I was hoping for practical applications of music in drama, but this book is more of a theoretical exploration. Unfortunately, it didn't resonate with me as much as I wanted it to. I guess I was looking for something less academic and more hands-on.

Interesting, but a Bit Dense
I found the content fascinating, especially the parts about how music shapes our emotional responses in plays. However, some sections felt overly detailed for my taste. Overall, it's a solid book for anyone studying drama, just keep in mind it might be a challenge at times.
