Some good tips but not what I expected
I was hoping for more technical instruction, but this book is more about philosophy and mindset. While some reflections were insightful, I felt it lacked practical exercises. Might be okay for some, but just a bit disappointing for me personally.

Came damaged and hard to read
Unfortunately, my copy arrived with a bent cover, which was a letdown. Also, some sections felt a bit wordy and hard to follow. I wanted to love it, but it didn’t meet my expectations. I'm not sure if I’d recommend it.
