About the Author geboren 1954 in Berlin, arbeitete nach dem Pharmaziestudium elf Jahre als Apothekerin. Sie studierte Bildhauerei, absolvierte Zusatzausbildungen zur Kunst und Altentherapeutin und nahm an zahlreichen musiktherapeutischen Fortbildungen teil. Seit 1992 leitet sie die SozialKulturelleBetreuung in einem Alten und Pflegeheim bei Bonn. Whrend dieser Jahre entwickelte sie Sitztanzchoreographien und musizierte fr die Bewohner mit Akkordeon, Gitarre und Harfe. Dabei entdeckte sie die Musik als "Sprache, die alle verstehen" und als "Stimmungsaufheller" ohne pharmazeutische Nebenwirkungen.
