Dadurch lt sich das Einfhren sowie Weiterentwickeln von anspruchsvollen CIMLsungen beschleunigen. Das Buch verdeutlicht umfassend und detailliert die Komplexitt und Vielschichtigkeit der Aufgaben zur CIMPlanung sowie deren wechselseitige Abhngigkeiten. Das Aufgabenspektrum reicht dabei von der Analyse der strategischen Wirkung einzelner CIMBausteine, ber die daten und funktionsorientierte Gestaltung eines CIMKonzepts bis zum Bercksichtigen der organisatorischen und personellen Implikationen von CIM.
