This book discusses the method and implementation of evaluating the houses vulnerability from earthquake risk. After comparing some technique in Rapid Visual Screening Procedures trough the world, a procedure based on FEMA 154 Rapid Visual Screening was developed. Field application was done and confirmed the capability of the method.
