Estudio de protozoos y levaduras del tracto gastrointestinal de ratones sometidos a dietas: normal, hiperglcida e hiperproteica. Dietas: normal, sin desarrollo de levaduras, hiperglcida, abundante desarrollo de Candida pelliculosa variedad cylindrica, Candida vartiovaarai, Candida fabianii, Candida aaseri, Saccharomyces cereviseae, hiperproteica, disminucin de protozoos y desarrollo de Candida fabianii. Se suministr Ampicilina, Tinidazol y Nistatina en el agua de bebida. Con Ampicilina ausencia de levaduras. Tinidazol con dieta normal no efectivo, medianamente con dieta hiperglcida y totalmente con dieta hiperproteica. Nistatina fue efectiva en las tres dietas. Candida dubliniensis, Candida albicans, Candida glabrata, Candida krusei, Candida parapsilosis y Candida tropicalis fueron testadas por su capacidad para adherirse in Vitro a clulas epiteliales bucales e in vivo colonizar y diseminarse en ratones infantes. C. dubliniensis con adherencia variable, colonizacin y diseminacin casi nula. C. albicans con adherencia elevada, prolongada colonizacin del (GI) y con C. parapsilosis mayor diseminacin. C. glabrata y C. krusei, menor adherencia in Vitro y colonizacin limitada.
