Der OnlineHandel hingegen wchst so schnell wie nie zuvor . Einen EHandel zu betreiben ist inzwischen unabdingbar. Dieser hat nmlich Wachstumschancen, die der stationre Handel nicht mehr hat. Auch vernderte Kundenwnsche machen einen OnlineHandel notwendig. Ebenso trgt die Wettbewerbsaktivitt mageblich zur Notwendigkeit eines elektronischen Handels bei . Die am meisten verbreiteten Betriebstypen von Distanzkanlen sind der Katalog und InternetVersandhandel. Beide Arten gehren zum B2C Distanzhandel. Der zentrale Unterschied zwischen ECommerce und stationrem Handel ist der persnliche Kontakt, welcher nur im stationren Handel gegeben ist. Die Basis dieser Studie bildet Sekundrliteratur, welche zahlreich vorhanden ist. Dennoch stellte dieses ein Problem dar, da es von vielen Bchern keine erneuerten und berarbeiteten Auflagen gibt.
