His experience includes Constitutional law, financial law, real estate law, estate planning and general practice. He also worked in finance, Wisconsin government and other positions. In addition, Atty. Kafkas wrote numerous published articles, provided many public presentations, and spoke before the Wisconsin Supreme Court and many other courts. Atty. Kafkas earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from Marquette University Law School. While in law school, he was a Research Assistant to an Associate Dean/Law Professor. Atty. Kafkas earned his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree, Summa cum Laude, from the University of WisconsinMilwaukee.
