El presente trabajo, es una invitacin a pensar en la Primera Infancia desde la perspectiva del Estado Moderno. Tres conceptos claves transversalizan la propuesta: Persona, Educacin Temprana e Infancia. Los adultos somos socialmente responsables de la Infancia. En la bsqueda de respuestas, la sociedad pone en marcha una serie de estrategias, legales, polticas y sociales. Es el Estado como sistema organizado por la sociedad moderna, el que elabora los dispositivos necesarios para dar respuesta. Pero no adquiere dimensin real, sino a travs de los sujetos que lo constituyen. El nio irrumpe en la escena social y es frente a l, que el Estado debe intervenir, asegurando la proteccin de sus derechos, entre ellos, la educacin. La propuesta describe y analiza nuevas estrategias, dispositivos de gestin. Conceptos como: Poltica de Subjetividad, Redes Sociales, Gestin participativa y situada cobran nuevas dimensiones en las decisiones polticas. Las reflexiones se cristalizan tras el anlisis de una realidad particular: los Jardines Municipales de la ciudad de Crdoba.
