Da die flexibel automatisierte Fertigung insbesondere in der Automobilindustrie weit verbreitet ist, bietet sich die AUDI AG als reprsentatives Unternehmen der ausgewhlten Branche fr die Kooperation im Bereich der Erstellung eines Systemkonzeptes an. Ergebnis der Arbeit ist die Darstellung des Systemkonzeptes zur Unternehmenssteuerung in Form einer Demoversion des konstruierten Simulationsmodells unter Bercksichtigung der Herausforderung, die sich aufgrund der Besonderheiten der Automobilindustrie stellt. Die Demoversion erbringt den Nachweis, da das entworfene Systemkonzept geeignet ist, dem Management aktuelle und relevante Informationen fr seine Entscheidungen zur Verfgung zu stellen.
