Los docentes, en contacto permanente con alumnos, llegan a mostrar alto cansancio emocional, despersonalizacin y baja realizacin personal conocidas como Burnout (Sndrome de Quemado por el Trabajo SQT) que puede presentarse entre individuos que trabajan con personas al exigir de ellos un desempeo laboral. En sta investigacin se explor bsicamente: En qu grado los docentes activos de la Facultad de Contadura Pblica, de la Benemrita Universidad Autnoma de Puebla padecen el sndrome de SQT? La edad, el gnero y tener pareja son factores que se relacionan en sujetos que padecen el sndrome de SQT? La antigedad laboral, la satisfaccin laboral y las relaciones laborales entre los sujetos de la investigacin tienen algn grado significativo de relacin con los niveles de SQT?. Este esfuerzo genera en el recurso humano diferentes alteraciones y desgastes fsicos y psicolgicos que disminuyen el rendimiento laboral, reflejndose tambin en la conducta del individuo, as como en su estado anmico, denotando estrs laboral, el cual es considerado clnicamente como Sndrome del Burnout (Sndrome de Quemado por el Trabajo SQT).
