Aim of the present study was to considering the comparative effect of wastewater and ground water along the nitrogenous fertilizer for the cultivation of two varieties of chilli. Wastewater proved best in comparison to ground water and increases growth, physiology and productivity of chilli because of the presence of nutrient contents. Thus wastewater reduced the demand of fertilizers and it may be used profitably for the cultivation of chilli. Among varieties yield of Pusa Jawala was higher than G4 but growth characteristics of G4 was better than Pusa Jawala. Thus on the basis of present study we can recommended Pusa Jawala for cultivation of chilli.
