Human Beings face several situations in their daily life which involve the simultaneous performance of two tasks, like reading the sign board while driving a car.Such dual task conditions often result in the detoriation in the performance of any one or both the tasks. This is more pronounced in the elderly, making them more prone to falls and accidents. Thus, this study aims at researching the effect practice can have in such tasking conditions in the elderly. The study aims to use the results in developing training programs for the elderly which can easily be applied in real life situatons thus reducing the rate of mortality and morbidity associated with falls in this poppulation.
