Furnaces operating below optimum efficiency and emission levels can be improved by new technological approaches by retrofitting in new systems. Oscillating combustion is relatively a simple process. It is accomplished by introducing an oscillating valve on the path of the fuel line. The results of the project had led to a significant savings in fuel consumption, enormous reduction in NOx emissions and highly cost effective which results in revenue savings.This project was implemented in the year December 2008 April,2009 respectively.
