Es ist daher nur konsequent, wenn der Autor der vorliegenden Arbeit die innovations frdernde Gestaltung der Forschung und Entwicklung aus einer personenorientierten Sicht angeht, ohne allerdings seine Analysen und Gestaltungsvorschlge darauf zu beschrnken. Vielmehr diskutiert er stets den Kontext individuellen innovativkreativen Entscheidens und Handeins mit, wobei er die verschiedenen vorhandenen Anstze themenspezifisch strukturiert und aufbereitet. Hier liegen im wesentlichen auch die erzielten theoretischen Fortschritte der Arbeit. Auf der Basis einer Analyse vorhandener theoretischer und praxisbezogener Anstze entwickelte er ein mehrstufiges Indikatorenraster zur Diagnose und Gestaltung innovationsfrdernder Faktoren in einer betrieblichen Forschung und Entwicklung sowie in ihrem Umfeld. Diese Strukturierungsleistung sowie die situations spezifisch formulierten Gestaltungsvorschlge geben der Arbeit zugleich eine beachtliche Praxis relevanz, die nahezu "Handbuchcharakter" erreicht. D.h. dem FuEPraktiker werden wertvolle fallspezifische Hinweise zur innovationsgerechten Ausgestaltung der Einzel kriterien geliefert.
