Fr zahlreiche Knstler wurden sie zum Anlass fr deren Schaffen. Das Kennenlernen solcher Werke hilft den Kindern ihr Kunstverstndnis weiter auszubilden und stimuliert ihr eigenes knstlerisches Vorstellungsvermgen sowie kreatives Ttigsein. Indem die Kinder im Freien Naturgegenstnde nach definierten Kriterien ausfindig machen, sammeln und sortieren sowie Windexperimente durchfhren und dokumentieren, lernen sie durch sinnliche Erfahrung und neugierige, interessierte Erforschung die Natur und ihre Phnomene gezielt wahrzunehmen. Aus der aufmerksamen Naturbeobachtung knnen sie ihre knstlerischen Ausdrucks und Gestaltungsfhigkeiten weiterentwickeln. Darber hinaus lernen sie die Natur als wertvoll, schtzens und erhaltenswert zu begreifen. Neben der Herstellung und Gestaltung einer Blattpresse und eines Bltterbuchs ('My Leaf Book') werden in diesem Unterrichtsprojekt Werkbetrachtungen und Kunstexperimente beschrieben. Im Anhang enthlt die Arbeit eine Bastelanleitung und 6 Arbeitsbltter.
