Die durchgefhrte Untersuchung ist eine tierexperimentelle Studie im Rattenmodell. Im Mittelpunkt stehen die atrophe Pseudarthrose sowie Mglichkeiten ihrer zellbasierten Therapie. Dabei sollen folgende Hypothesen untersucht werden: 1. Eine atrophe Pseudarthrose kann durch thermische Destruktion des Periosts und die Entfernung des Knochenmarks in einer Osteotomie des Rattenfemurs induziert werden. 2. Die Transplantation autologer MSCs frdert die Heilung der atrophen Pseudarthrose im langen Rhrenknochen. 3. Eine osteogene in vitro Prdifferenzierung der Zellen verstrkt den Heilungseffekt. Das Modell einer atrophen Pseudarthrose wurde etabliert. Die Ergebnisse der Therapieversuche weisen auf eine Mglichkeit zur Therapie atropher Pseudarthrosen durch perkutan injizierte, autologe mesenchymale Zellen nach in vitro Expansion. Dabei zeigten nur die osteogen prdifferenzierten Zellen einen signifikanten Effekt, es kam jedoch nach 56 Tagen nicht zu einer knchernen Konsolidierung. Eine zuknftige klinische Anwendung erfordert weitere Verbesserungen des aktuellen Ansatzes.
