Basierend auf einer Hille von Interviews in stra tegisch bedeutsamen Arbeits und Geschiiftsbereichen der Kreditwirtschaft untersucht der Verfasser die Funktionalitiit von derzeit im Einsatz befmdlichen PCApplikationen und zeigt die vielfaltigen Erfahrungen mit diesem an Bedeutung gewinnenden Bestand teil bankbetrieblicher InformatikStrategien auf.
