Der Einsatz von Expertensystemen in den Aufgabenbereichen der Produktionsplanung und steuerung stellt eine weitere Moglichkeit dar, die Leistungsfl!higkeit und Benutzerfreund lichkeit von EDVAnwendungen zu verbessern. Die vorliegende Arbeit untersucht die potentiellen EinsatzrnOglichkeiten von Expertensy stemen und zeigt die Umsetzung ausgewlihlter Wissensbereiche mit Entwicklungswerkzeu gen fiir Expertensysteme auf. Hierfilr wird ein Modellunternehmen dargestellt und darauf basierend werden exemplarische AbUlufe im Rahmen einer Auftragsabwicklung entwickelt.
