Qu hacer? Como los dbiles no sobreviven, Robocop continuar dedicndose a la nica labor para la que ha sido preparado: pelear. Y as se convertir en miembro de distintas bandas de delincuentes integradas por ex militares o ex guerrilleros, que operan como comandos altamente especializados en el marco de una delicada transicin poltica. Bandas en las que las lealtades son apenas provisionales y las traiciones, siempre inminentes.
