I bought this children's classic for my daughter, and she adores it! The stories, especially Pedrito, are beautifully illustrated by Charles Santore. It's a charming way to introduce her to Spanish literature, and the stories are engaging enough to hold her attention at bedtime.

Not Worth the Hype—Came Damaged
I was really looking forward to sharing this book with my niece, but it arrived with a few pages crumpled and a cover that was bent. The illustrations are nice, but I can’t ignore the damage. I hope sellers pay more attention to packaging in the future.

Sweet Stories, But Some Translations Could Improve
The collection is lovely, and my son enjoys the tales of Pedrito. However, I found a couple of phrases that didn’t translate smoothly into Spanish, which made them sound a bit awkward. Still, it’s a good starting point for kids getting into classic stories.
