Asimismo intenta dar respuesta a los siguientes cuestionamientos: De qu forma se podr recuperar el lugar del ciudadano, con todas las complejidades que esto conlleva, posmoderno, heterogneo, con demandas difusas, pero s con una exigencia clara, la de sentirse y verse representado por sus gobernantes. Cmo poder reconstruir y fortalecer la relacin representantesrepresentados, en la que exista el reconocimiento del otro, que posibilite la interaccin y deliberacin entre los mismos. Finalmente, cules son los elementos que permitirn reducir el distanciamiento entre los representantes y los ciudadanos, que exigen principalmente una mayor coherencia en los procesos electorales, que a pesar de la infinidad de candados, siguen dando pie al incremento del financiamiento a los partidos y a la falta de profesionalizacin, pero sobre todo de compromiso y responsabilidad por parte de sus integrantes.
