El presente libro surge de una tesis doctoral que plasma el trabajo realizado en un lapso de 10 aos por el Dr. Jos Antonio Vargas Aguilar con el fin de iniciar un cambio paradigmtico en la educacin que brindan las instituciones lasallistas de Mxico. La presente investigacin nace de la experiencia realizada con docentes de diferentes niveles educativos. Enfrentar a docentes a un paradigma educativo diferente al que ha empleado y motivarlo a realizar una prctica diferente requiere, entre otras cosas: tener claridad del proyecto, imaginacin para implementar acciones que lleven a los docentes a probar prcticas educativas ms dinmicas y contextualizadas y, sobre todo, tener un alto nivel de resistencia a la frustracin. El trabajo que realiz el Dr. Vargas es interesante e iluminador porque ante las diferentes problemticas de los docentes y directivos se encontraron soluciones que permitieron superar los miedos y la incertidumbre de caminar en prcticas e intencionalidades educativas diferentes a las empleadas
