I was hoping for a quick fix to my vision issues, but the book is more about lifestyle changes than instant results. The content is valuable, but it took me a bit to get into the deeper methods suggested. It's a good read if you're patient!

Interesting but a bit intense
The concepts in 'Mejore su Vista' are compelling, but some of the exercises seem daunting. I appreciate the holistic approach it offers, but wish it had clearer guidelines for beginners. Still, I've noticed some positive changes!

Arrived damaged, disappointing
The book arrived with a bent cover and some pages were crumpled. Not impressed with the packaging. Haven't really gotten into the content yet as I'm more focused on getting a replacement. Hope the methods work once I get a new copy!
