Fue cuando el autor logr establecer contacto con quien desenterr los llamados Archivos del Terror el Dr. Martn Almada. Este libro documenta la turbia vida de Alfredo Stroessner el dictador ms longevo de Sudamrica durante el siglo XX. Tambin revela la habilidad poltica del astuto dictador, sus aberraciones sexuales, el narcotrfico bajo su supervisin, la corrupcin que fomentaba, las torturas que presenciaba, y la proteccin que otorgaba a nazis fugitivos y terroristas internacionales.
