En tal sentido, buscando dar una respuesta acadmica, rigurosa y dotada de practicidad al problema antes mencionado, de manera inicial se examina el concepto de la figura establecido en la doctrina, pasando por los aspectos de derecho internacional y constitucional, adems se explicita la situacin atinente a la historia clnica, como un elemento trascendental en la teora del secreto profesional, pues es innegable la relacin que se establece entre las dos".
