ICTs provide a window of opportunity for education institutions to harness and use technology to complement and support the teaching and learning process. elearning is such an example whose adoption in IUIU was noted to be low.This study examined factors and adoption of elearning among undergraduates in IUIU. The study wanted to establish the relationship between a) attitude b) access to ICT resources and c) training in ICT skills and adoption of elearning. The findings were that there was significant positive relationship between i)attitude ii) access to ICT resources and iii) training in ICT skills and adoption of elearning. This study seeks to equip students, university management, lecturers and policy makers with the ability to enhance the integration of ICTs in teaching and learning activities in higher education
