Doch gerade in den letzten Jahren ist ein Rckgang der Teilnahmen an Weiterbildungskursen zu beobachten. In dieser Arbeit sollen Ursachen und Grnde fr diese Weiterbildungskrise gefunden und analysiert werden. Weiter wird genauer auf ELearning und Blended Learning eingegangen. ELearning galt lange Zeit als die Zukunftsform, welche den Weiterbildungsanbietern aus der Krise verhelfen sollte. Trotz oder vielleicht wegen der Vorschusslorbeeren konnten die hohen Erwartungen nicht erfllt werden. Blended Learning der Nachfolger soll aus den gemachten Fehlern lernen und nun endlich die passende Weiterbildungsform darstellen.
