En Electrodynamique Quantique en Cavit ( Cavity QED ), linteraction entre la transition atomique et le champ de la cavit est quantifie par la frquence de Rabi du vide. Lexpression analogue circuit QED a t introduite pour certains circuits supraconducteurs contenant des Jonctions Josephson, parce quils pouvaient se comporter comme des atomes artificiels coupls au mode bosonique du rsonateur. Dans le rgime o la frquence de Rabi du vide est comparable la frquence de transition du systme deux niveaux, des transitions de phases quantiques superradiantes ont t prdites pour le fondamental du systme, par exemple dans le cadre du modle de Dicke. Des ralisations possibles du modle de Dicke par des systmes de circuit QED sont tudies ici thoriquement dans les cas de couplage capacitif ou inductif. Prdictions et contraintes sont analyses pour lobtention dune transition de phase quantique, avec un vide deux fois dgnr audessus dun point critique quantique. La robustesse et la protection de la dgnrescence du vide dans le rgime de couplage ultrafort sont tudies, et conduisent de possibles applications en Information Quantique.
