Dementsprechend erl utert die erste Gruppe von Aufgaben die Wirkungsweise der HalbleiterBau elemente Dioden, Transistoren und Feldeffekttransistoren. Das Schwergewicht liegt dabei auf dem Erarbeiten und Aus wert en von Kennlinien, mit denen das Verhalten dieser Bauelemente in Schaltungen erkl rt und verstanden werden kann. Derartige Schaltungen, die der Realisierung logischer VerknUpfungen dienen, werden in einer zweiten Aufgaben gruppe im Hinblick auf wichtige Param ter wie Schaltzeiten, maximal erreichbare Taktfrequenzen, St5rsicherheit und Leistungsverbrauch untersucht. Dabei werden vergleichende Aussagen uber die heute industriell entwickelten Schalt kreistechniken erarbeitet. In einer dritten Aufgabengruppe werden schlieBlich Schaltungen und Materialien mit Speicher verhalten Flipflop, Tunneldiode und Ferritkern unter sucht. Da sich dieses Praktikum nicht in erster Linie an Studieren de der Elektrotechnik wend.et, beginnt j ede Aufgabe mit einer kurzen und m5g1ichst einfachen Erl uterung der physikali schen oder technischen Grundlagen, um das Verst ndnis der Messungen und Ergebnisse, im folgenden kursiv gesetzt, zu erleichtern. Ausfllhrliche Erkl rungen mussen jedoch der einschl gigen Fachliteratur Uberlassen bleiben.'
