Gray and Grays Elements of Land Law provides an interesting, reasoned and critical account of the fundamental principles of the modern law of real property. This fourth edition has been restructured to take account of the impact of environmental, human rights, and European law. The book covers not only the Land Registration Act 2002, but also recent case law developments and the many statutory initiatives in the law of leases, commonholds, mortgages and land access which took effect in 2003 and 2004.

The content of the book is good, but I had a bit of a hassle with the shipping. It took a week longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating as I needed it for class. Still, it’s useful once you get it.

Insightful and Comprehensive Resource
I found this book on land law to be really insightful. The explanations were clear and the examples helped solidify my understanding of complex concepts. Perfect for my law studies!

Confusing at Times
Some of the chapters were confusing and not very well explained. I expected more clarity on the elements of land law. I was a bit disappointed, honestly.

A Must-Have for Law Students
As a first-year law student, this book has been an absolute lifesaver. It breaks down the elements of land law in a way that's easy to digest and refer to. Great purchase!

Helpful but Lacks Some Depth
This book covers a lot of the basic elements of land law, but I wish it went into more detail on certain topics. It’s a good starting point, though, especially for someone new to this subject.
