Esto permite poder regular mejor los estados emocionales y gestionarlos de forma autnoma para poder experimentar las emociones que uno necesita. El programa Emocinate que se presenta en esta obra est pensado para mejorar estas competencias en adultos y personas mayores. Se ha estructurado en cinco bloques temticos: conciencia emocional, regulacin emocional, autoestima, habilidades sociales y habilidades de vida. En estos bloques de competencias se incluyen abundantes actividades y ejercicios estructurados. El libro se ha concebido como una obra didctica para profesionales del campo psicopedaggico con o sin formacin especfica en educacin emocional, pero tambin se puede utilizar como lectura individual y formacin autodidacta. About the Author Anna Soldevila Benet es licenciada y doctora en Psicopedagoga. Es profesora del Departamento de Pedagoga y Psicologa de la Universidad de Lleida desde hace una dcada, y actualmente tambin es vicedecana de la Facultad de Ciencias de la Educacin de esa Universidad. Su docencia se ha centrado principalmente en la diplomatura de Educacin Social. Imparte asignaturas como Didctica general, Tcnicas de accin y conduccin dinmica de grupos y Accin educativa con personas mayores. Es miembro del Grupo de Investigacin en Orientacin Psicopedaggica (GROP) de la Universidad de Barcelona. Sus lneas de investigacin son, ante todo, el diseo, desarrollo y evaluacin de programas de educacin emocional en distintos niveles educativos en contextos formales y no formales, al igual que la enseanza en educacin emocional para profesionales del mbito educativo y formacin para padres y madres.
