Nach Verortung jener Steuerungs und RegelungsMechanismen, in denen sich imperiale Herrschaft widerspiegelt, identifiziert der Autor Anknpfungspunkte von der imperialen Governance zur MultiLevel Governance der EU. Als Fallbeispiele zur Sprache kommen dabei die neuen EUEntscheidungsregeln nach dem Lissabonvertrag sowie die Formung und Umsetzung der letzten Stufe der Wirtschafts und Whrungsunion.
