La responsabilidad internacional penal del individuo experimenta una evolucin dialctica marcada por la oposicin entre ciertos principios del DI clsico y otros provenientes de los subsistemas del derecho internacional humanitario (DIH), del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos (DIDH), y del derecho internacional penal (DIPenal), basados stos en el paradigma de los derechos humanos. La sntesis tal vez transite por la sistematizacin de los principios, mbitos de aplicacin y mecanismos de los tres subsistemas en el contexto mayor del Derecho Internacional. Se llegara as a conformar un sistema integrado de proteccin civil y penal de la persona humana y de la humanidad, para hacer frente a actos violatorios del ncleo duro de "derechos delitos" internacionales.
