The environmental impact and the finite nature of these energy sources is reviewed in detail. Znidarsic has traveled to many laboratories to witness cold fusion and antigravitational experiments. He reveals what he saw and discovered during these visits. After many years of reviewing these results, a Newtonian description of the quantum condition was produced. This Newtonian framework was used to describe many known phenomena. The energy of a photon and the energy levels of the atoms were developed as effects of the approach.
