He reveals what he saw and discovered during these visits. After many years of reviewing these results, a Newtonian description of the quantum condition was produced. This Newtonian framework was used to describe many known phenomena. The energy of a photon and the energy levels of the atoms were developed as effects of the approach. The techniques were then used to present the science of Low Level Nuclear Reactions and AntiGravity. The mathematics was confined to the final chapters of the book, however, the significance of the discoveries is clearly explained within a historical context. The text was written in such a manner that it will be interesting and educational for both the novice and the professional.
