El presente trabajo investigativo es una propuesta metodolgica basada en el tratamiento del trabajo grupal fuera de las aulas de clases para desarrollar la habilidad del habla en la lengua inglesa y parte de considerar la problemtica presente en lo referente a las dificultades para la sistematizacin de las habilidades comunicativas del idioma ingls fuera del aula de clases. El objetivo de esta propuesta metodolgica se dirigi a disear una metodologa basada en el enfoque grupal contextualizado para perfeccionar las habilidades comunicativas de expresin oral en el idioma ingls. Como mtodos y tcnicas para el desarrollo del proceso investigativo se consideraron el mtodo histricolgico, el analticosinttico, dialctico, inductivodeductivo as como las tcnicas de observacin, entrevistas, encuestas y talleres de opinin crtica y elaboracin colectiva. Tales mtodos y tcnicas permitieron corroborar que las principales insuficiencias estn dadas en el poco uso de la lengua inglesa hablada en contextos comunicativos fuera de las aulas de clases de parte de los estudiantes de ingls.
