Il se contente d'assister ces jeunes dlinquants dans une dmarche qui les passionne et de photographier son tour ces lieux et ces visages qu'il ctoie depuis dix ans. Cet apprentissage de l'image se fait en noir et blanc. Car le gris est la couleur de la prison. C'est aussi la couleur qu'affectionn Sluban dans ses travaux personnels ici prsents. Un gris que perce parfois un rayon de lumire, comme le signe avantcoureur d'une libration, comme le seul remde au dsespoir.
