In der folgenden Ausarbeitung werden wir uns mit der Thematik auseinandersetzen, worin diese Zusammenhnge bestehen, wie diese sich uern und gegenseitig beeinflussen. Um eine weitreichende Vertiefung in diese Thematik gewhrleisten zu knnen, werden wir uns nur auf eine Folge einer Traumatisierung, die posttraumatische Belastungsstrung (PTBS), beschrnken. Zudem werden wir uns aus den zuvor genannten Grnden, auf den Alkoholismus konzentrieren, da Alkoholismus generell die hufigste Prvalenz fr Missbrauch und Abhngigkeit darstellt. In dem Groteil der von uns verwendeten Literatur, die wir zur Ausarbeitung unserer Thematik verwenden werden, wird zumeist die allumfassende Bezeichnung Substanzabhngigkeit' verwendet. Im Folgenden werden wir ebenfalls den Begriff Substanz' einsetzen, welcher immer auch den Alkohol einschliet. Um den Einstieg in diese komplexe Thematik zu erleichtern, werden wir uns zu Beginn umfassend mit der Definition und den damit zusammenhngenden Auswirkungen eines traumatischen Ereignisses befassen. Ebenfalls werden wir auf die Arten eines Traumas eingehen, da diese auf die PTBSSymptome Einfluss nehmen und somit die individuelle PersonenUmweltBewltigung beeinflussen. Desweiteren werden wir sowohl auf die Risikofaktoren fr die Entstehung einer PTBS, als auch einer Alkoholabhngigkeit eingehen, denn diese spielen eine entscheidende Rolle, inwieweit das Individuum mit seinen Schutzfaktoren auf diese Risikofaktoren einwirken kann. Um dieses multifaktorielle Geschehen in Verbindung zu bringen, werden wir das TriasModell zur Entstehung der Drogenabhngigkeit anfhren und erlutern.
