Diese Anforderungen beanspruchen eine grere Flexibilitt von Prozessen und eine Ausweitung des Blickwinkels aller Unternehmenseinheiten auf die Kundenbedrfnisse (vgl. Bernhard et al. 2003: 318). Die hierfr erforderliche effiziente und effektive Erbringung von ITServices stellt viele ITAbteilungen vor groe Herausforderungen. Eine der wichtigsten Voraussetzungen, um diese zu meistern, ist eine konsequente Standardisierung der Leistungserbringung. Hier liegt nach wie vor ein groes Optimierungs und damit Kosteneinsparungspotential (vgl. Linnartz 2004: 26). Besonders im Rahmen der Softwareentwicklung und im ITProjektmanagement finden vermehrt agile Anstze Anwendung. Diese Methoden konzentrieren sich vor allem auf die Kundenbedrfnisse und auf die fr deren Befriedigung notwendigen Personen. Sie bercksichtigen nderungswnsche des Kunden auch noch in spten Realisierungsphasen und maximieren so den Nutzen des Endprodukts (vgl. Meyer et al. 2007: 307f). Die hauptschlich in der Automobilindustrie im Rahmen der Lean Production entwickelten und erprobten Handlungsweisen werden im Rahmen dieser Arbeit auf die ITLeistungserbringung bertragen.
