Product Description Die Versorgung von Patienten mit Schlaganfall, der mit 40% Mortalitt den dritten Rang in der Todesursachenstatistik einnimmt, stellt eine Kernkompetenz eines Krankenhauses der Maximalversorgungsstufe dar. In zunehmendem Mae gehen Kliniken dazu ber, Kernkompetenzen in standardisierten Behandlungspfaden (Clinical Pathways, CP) abzubilden. Ein Clinical Pathway Schlaganfall" beginnt mit der prhospitalen rettungsdienstlichen Versorgung eines Patienten. Aufgabe der Notfallmediziner ist es, die Verdachtsdiagnose Schlaganfall" zu stellen, gestrte Vitalfunktionen zu stabilisieren sowie die Patienten zgig einer geeigneten Klinik zuzuweisen. Dieser erste Abschnitt in der Versorgung eines Patienten mit Schlaganfall (von der Diagnosestellung am Einsatzort bis zur bergabe des Patienten an den Neurologen in der Notaufnahme) kann durch eine SOP abgebildet und optimiert werden. In dieser Arbeit wird beispielhaft die Entwicklung, Etablierung und Evaluierung einer SOP als Modul eines Clinical Pathway Schlaganfall" dargestellt. Neben der allgemeinen Bedeutung und Strukturierung von Clinical Pathways (Zusammenfhren von Spezialisten in der interdisziplinren Behandlung eines Krankheitsbildes, Schnittstellenoptimierung) und SOPs (Standardisierung von Arbeitsablufen innerhalb einer Abteilung), wird die interdisziplinre Entwicklung (Neurologie Notfallmedizin) beschrieben. Dabei wird besonderer Wert auf die schnittstellenbergreifende Bedeutung dieser SOP und die Differenzierung von SOPs zu Leit und Richtlinien gelegt. Es werden Mglichkeiten der Etablierung und kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung von Standards im Rettungsdienst aufgezeigt. Abschlieend erfolgt eine Darstellung, wie nach einer Soll, IstAnalyse, mit welchen Parametern die erfolgreiche Umsetzung von Standards gemessen werden kann. About the Author Dr.med.
