Product Description In Folge des demografischen Wandels ist es von hoher Notwendigkeit, fr Selbstndigkeit und Gesundheit im Alter zu sorgen. Das vorliegende Buch befasst sich mit dem Hamburger Pilotprojekt der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Gesundheitszielen fr Senioren/innen in dem Hamburger Bezirk Altona, in dem innerhalb von zwei Jahren (2008 2010) verschiedene Manahmen zur Gesundheitsfrderung und gesundheitlichen Versorgung fr Senioren realisiert wurden. Diese Studie ist als eine Art Zwischenevaluation zu sehen und sucht Antworten auf die Frage, wie die Akteure die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Gesundheitsziele fr Senioren/innen in Altona beurteilen. Als Methode zur Datenerhebung wurde aus der qualitativen Sozialforschung das Instrument des leitfadengesttzten Experteninterviews gewhlt. Mittels dessen wurden die an dem Prozess der Gesundheitszielentwicklung und umsetzung beteiligten Akteure nach vorangegangener Dokumentenanalyse befragt. About the Author Miriam Rathke wurde im Oktober 1980 in Hamburg geboren. Nach ihrer Fachhochschulreife im Bereich Grafik und Gestaltung entschied sich die Autorin aus berzeugung gegen die Werbebranche und stattdessen fr ein Studium im Sozial und Gesundheitsbereich das der Pflege. Diverse Praktika in verschiedenen ambulanten Pflegediensten und Krankenhusern machten der Autorin bewusst, wie bedeutungsvoll der Aspekt der Gesundheitsfrderung fr den Bereich der Pflege tatschlich ist. Somit galt ihr Hauptinteresse whrend des Studiums der Prvention, ferner der Kuration. Gesundheit im Alter ist aufgrund des demografischen Wandels elementarer denn je, und als die Autorin von der Entwicklung der Gesundheitsziele fr Senioren/innen in ihrem Heimatbezirk Altona erfuhr, wurde es ihr ein dringlicher Wunsch, sich mit diesem Thema auseinander zu setzen. Das Ergebnis ist eine, auf dem Instrument des leitfadengesttzten Experteninterviews basierende, Evaluationsstudie.
