Diplomarbeit aus dem Jahr 2006 im Fachbereich Psychologie Arbeit, Betrieb, Organisation und Wirtschaft, Note: 1,3, Universitt Lneburg, 106 Quellen im Literaturverzeichnis, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Das Ziel der vorliegenden explorativen qualitativen Interviewstudie mit quantitativen Elementen bestand darin, durch eine empirische Untersuchung diejenigen Verhaltensweisen zu erheben, die aus Sicht der Unternehmen fr einen beruflich erfolgreichen Praktikanten im Einzelhandel und in der Kche eines Gastronomiebetriebes ausschlaggebend sind. Die erhobenen Verhaltensweisen bildeten die Grundlage fr die Entwicklung zweier branchenspezifischer Kompetenzmodelle, die erfolgskritische Verhaltensweisen der Praktikanten beschreiben. Die vorliegenden Kompetenzmodelle und die Ergebnisse des quantitativen Teils der Untersuchung dienten zur Ableitung zweier branchenspezifischer praxistauglicher Checklisten zur Selbst und Fremdevaluation von Leistungsverhalten von Praktikanten whrend des Praktikums. Bestandteil der Checkliste sind bereits vorhandene und eventuell noch entwicklungsbedrftige von Unternehmensseite geforderte berufsspezifische Kompetenzen inklusive der jeweiligen zu beurteilenden Verhaltensanker. Die erfolgskritischen Verhaltensweisen wurden anhand eines teilstandardisierten Interviewleitfadens erhoben, dessen inhaltliche Ausgestaltung sich an Flanagans (1954) Critical Incident Technique orientiert. Mittels qualitativer Inhaltsanalyse nach Mayring (2003) erfolgte die Einordnung der erhobenen Verhaltensweisen in die Kategorien von Bartrams (2005) Berufsleistungskompetenzmodell. Im Rahmen der Studie wurden Experten befragt, stellvertretend fr den Einzelhandel zehn Ausbilder und fr die Gastronomie zehn Kchenmeister. Die Ergebnisse der Befragung liefern erste Hinweise fr die inhaltliche Ausgestaltung zweier branchenspezifischer Kompetenzmodelle.
