Die Schwachstellen der Broarbeit bilden das Problem. Die Techniken, deren Einsatzmglichkeiten vorgestellt werden sollen, sind WorkflowManagement Systeme (WfMS) und die Internet Technologie. Das Besondere eines WfMS ist, da dieses EDVSystem geeignet sein kann, ausgewhlte Ablufe eines Betriebes zu beschleunigen und die Qualitt deren Ausfhrung deutlich zu erhhen. Intranet und InternetTechnologie sind Begriffe, die z.Zt. nicht nur im Brennpunkt der Informatik stehen. Das Internet mit all seinen Entwicklungsmglichkeiten beeinflut viele Bereiche des Privatund Berufslebens. Das primre Ziel, das in dieser Arbeit angestrebt wird, ist der Aufbau eines WfMS in einem Beispielunternehmen. Dieses WfMS greift auf die Datenbank des Unternehmens zurck. Das Besondere ist, da nicht nur die Prozesse des WfMS ber ein Intranet ablaufen, sondern bereits die Erstellung und Pflege der notwendigen Unternehmensdaten.
