Um dies zu erreichen, fhrten einige Bundesligisten ein EPaymentSystem also die bargeldlose Zahlung im Stadion ein. Hierdurch soll die Wartezeit pro Kunde an den Verzehrstnden verbessert werden, und somit ein effektiverer und effizienterer Ablaufprozess ermglicht werden. Diese Arbeit betrachtet daher, inwiefern das EPayment fr die Vereine wirklich vorteilhaft ist. Dafr wird zunchst der Begriff EPayment nher definiert und die bisherigen EPaymentAngebote in den deutschen Sportarenen kurz dargestellt. In der Folge wird am Beispiel des EPaymentAnbieters payment solution services, welcher als einziger Anbieter in mehreren Stadien der Fuballbundesliga nmlich in Kln, Sinsheim, Frankfurt und Kaiserslautern fr das EPaymentSystem verantwortlich ist, errtert, wie sich der versprochene Nutzen zum tatschlichen Nutzen des EPaymentSystems verhlt. Dazu werde ich zum einen versuchen, Informationen von den genannten Vereinen zu erhalten, und zum andern ber eine OnlineBefragung der Fans deren Meinung ber das EPaymentSystem von payment solution services zu ermitteln. Zusammenfassend ergibt sich folgende Forschungsfrage: Deckt sich der versprochene Nutzen des EPaymentSystems des Anbieters payment solution services zu dem tatschlichen Nutzen des 1. FC Kln, Eintracht Frankfurt, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim und dem 1. FC Kaiserslautern, und kann er von den Fans besttigt werden?
