Fast jeder ist schon mal mit Mobbing in Berhrung gekommen, sei es selbst als Opfer, als Beobachter oder gar als Tter von Mobbingattacken. In der heutigen Zeit hat das Mobbing eine neue Dimensionen erreicht. Inzwischen ist durch die Verbreitung im Internet Mobbing allgegenwrtig. Hier spricht man vom Cybermobbing. Mobbing hat viele negative Begleiterscheinungen. Neben den psychischen und krperlichen Auswirkungen auf die Mobbingbetroffenen, ist der wirtschaftliche Schaden und die Personalfluktuation zu benennen. Sinnvolle Manahmen zur Vermeidung bzw. Eindmmung von Mobbing macht also mehrfach Sinn. Mobbing kann in vielen unterschiedlichen Formen auftreten, doch nie ist Mobbing wnschenswert. Aus diesem Grund widmet sich diese BachelorThesis der zentralen Fragestellung: Welche Erfolgsfaktoren gibt es bei der Konfliktbewltigung und Prvention von Mobbing innerhalb von Unternehmen? Neben den erarbeiteten Erfolgsfaktoren soll diese Abschlussarbeit dazu beitragen, Mobbinghandlungen in den heutigen Unternehmen zu verhindern oder zumindest zu verringern.
